SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to make your Tribele experience as smooth as possible. Our team works diligently to ensure that your orders are handled with care and efficiency. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order. If your order is returned and needs to be reshipped, the customer is responsible for the shipping expenses.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All items are final sale. No returns, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted.
Manufacturer Defects: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there is a manufacturer defect. Manufacturer defects will be replaced at no charge to the customer. Please notify us within 7 days of defects. If we are notified after 7 days, the item will not be refundable.
